Founders
Dennis Ross
Dennis Ross has previously held positions in academia, on Wall Street, with the Federal government, and in the corporate sector. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School.
Victoria Ross
Victoria Jennings Ross holds a B.A. in art history and English and two graduate degrees from the University of Michigan. She has spent much of her professional career as a museum researcher and writer for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Detroit Institute of Art, and the National Museum of American Art, among others.

Dennis Ross, President and Director
Douglas Ross, Vice President and Treasurer
Douglas graduated from Johns Hopkins University and has written, produced, and directed theater and film in Baltimore and New York City. In addition to managing daily operations, Douglas leads DVRF's Playwriting programs. He also serves as the Foundation’s photographer and videographer.
William Weigel, Director
William is a composer, primarily of chamber music, whose compositions have been performed in various venues in New York, Philadelphia, Minnesota and elsewhere. Recently, he was Composer-in-Residence at the 2014 Minnesota Three Bridges Chamber Music Festival. Mr. Weigel is also an attorney and an adjunct professor at New York University Law School and was a partner for many years at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He lives with his wife in Brooklyn, New York.
Carrie Ross, Administrative Assistant
Carrie is a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Literature, Science, and the Arts. She lives in Brooklyn.
